Job Description
We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and energetic female Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for closing deals over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential dealers to promote products/services and provide detailed product information and handle objections effectively.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer databases.
- Achieve sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis while actively participating in training and development programs to enhance performance.
- Answer incoming customer queries courteously and professionally
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Telesales, Channel Sales, or Dealer Development, preferably within the Insurance, Loan, Collections, Electric Vehicle (EV), or FMCG sectors.
- Minimum HSC/12th pass; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in English, along with fluency in regional languages.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM Tools.
